TBH provides behavioral-health and psychiatry staffing, management, physician recruitment, clinical leadership, program support, and related professional services to healthcare organizations and communities.

You are responsible for providing TBH with accurate contact information. SMS Terms

Additional terms governing TBH text-message communications are provided in the TBH SMS Terms of Service, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms and the SMS Terms of Service regarding text messaging, the SMS Terms of Service will control with respect to the applicable SMS program.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TBH’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TBH, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE DURING THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR $100.
