Chief Development Officer
Bryan Cali serves as the Chief Development Officer of Traditions Behavioral Health, where he is responsible for the strategic direction and development of the company’s growth efforts. In this role, Bryan identifies and develops new opportunities to form partnerships with hospitals and health systems across the country that need reliable access to high quality clinicians that excel at patient care. Bryan also works closely with current TBH partners focused on expanding mental health capacity and capabilities.
Bryan is passionate about capitalizing on TBH’s infrastructure and strengths developed over 25+ years in ways that ultimately benefit patients. TBH’s ability to address this underserved need drives Bryan’s excitement around developing new partnerships that allow TBH to leverage its core competencies to benefit local communities.
Before joining TBH, Bryan led regional business development efforts for a large national physician practice management company that employed approximately 5,000 clinicians serving 500+ locations. Bryan’s career experience also includes consulting roles related to advising healthcare organizations on matters related to growth. In these roles, Bryan worked with hospital and health system leaders to develop an understanding of the financial and operational implications of strategic decisions made by healthcare organizations. Bryan has particularly enjoyed working with senior healthcare executives that are committed to transforming their organization in ways that align quality of care with patient and community needs.
Bryan holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Iowa. During his spare time Bryan enjoys biking, spending time with his family, building things and reading.
