2 positions available (see below) for an ACT model. Each team has a certified substance abuse counselor, a housing specialist, and employment specialist, a full time Probation officer and 2 nurses per team. The patient to staff ratio is 10 to 1.

1. 40-hour work week (Mon-Fri, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm). Base salary for the is $190,000 plus bonuses/benefits.
